RETURNS POLICY

Comfort and ease are core to our mission at Common Tiger.  We want you to love  your products. Rest assured you can return any unused items for up to 30 days.

We are only able to accept returns on unused items, so please gently test your products at home before venturing out with them.  Here’s how: 

  • Settle in with your seat indoors to experience a new level of outdoor comfort.

  • Be sure to test out our intuitive fold and unfold, effortless recline and easy carry features as shown on your tag.

  • Explore our integrated storage solutions: tuck your phone or keys into discreet under-seat pockets, nestle a book or tablet behind the backrest, and hang your essentials on the hook at the top.

  • Keep your original packaging—you’ll need it if you want to return your order.

  • If everything is to your liking, you’re all set and bound for blue skies.

SOMETHING NOT RIGHT?  LET US KNOW!


If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 2 days of receipt. We’ll guide you on how to share details of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange for the item’s return and offer a replacement or a full refund, covering any return shipping costs.


RETURNS ELIGIBILITY


  • Return Window: To receive a full refund, please submit your return request within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for items that are worn, damaged, or missing parts.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized products and items marked as “final sale” aren’t eligible for return.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your proof of purchase ready when contacting Customer Service.

  • Instructions: For a smooth return process, kindly follow the instructions in this policy, along with any guidance from our Customer Service Team.

  • Proper Packing: Please pack items securely in the original packaging provided to prevent any shipping damage, as we’re unable to refund items that arrive damaged due to improper packing.

  • Eligible Locations: This return policy applies to orders within the contiguous United States only.


RETURNS PROCESSING


  • Processing Time: Once you’ve dropped off your return at UPS, please allow up to 5 business days for it to reach us. We’ll process your return within 5 business days of receipt, and your refund may take an additional week to appear on your original payment method, depending on your provider.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that refunds do not include any original shipping changes. 

  • Refund: After verifying that the item is in its original condition, we’ll refund the purchase amount, including any applicable sales tax. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to an issue on our side, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

  • Exchanges: We are currently unable to offer product exchanges. To swap an item, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order for your preferred choice.

We may adjust our Returns Policy from time to time. Any updates will take effect as soon as they’re posted on our website.

PLEASE NOTE, RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF PRODUCT IS UNUSED AND IN NEW CONDITION WITH ALL COMPONENTS OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING STILL IN PLACE. OTHERWISE, RETURN IS VOIDED.
