What’s Covered
Our Lifetime Warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship for the full lifespan of your product, when used and cared for as intended.
If something’s not right, we’ve got you covered. Our warranty ensures that every frame, component, cover, and accessory delivers lasting quality, performance, and comfort — season after season.
If a manufacturing defect appears, we’ll repair, replace, or provide a comparable part to keep you sitting pretty.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty doesn’t cover normal signs of use or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper care.
This includes:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, surface scratches, or cosmetic changes)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Improper storage, extreme weather, or prolonged UV exposure
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
- The natural aging and softening of materials over time
Our warranty applies to the original owner with proof of purchase and product registration from commontiger.com. Kickstarter and Amazon orders fulfilled by Common Tiger are included.

How to submit a claim
If you believe your Daymaker has a manufacturing defect, please submit a claim using our form on the support page — it’s the fastest way for our team to review and resolve your issue.
Before submitting, be sure your Daymaker is registered. Visit our registration page anytime to enter your information.
You’ll need:
- Your chair’s serial number
- Proof of purchase
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem

Legal Note
This Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
Replacement Parts & Repairs

Lifetime Definition
“Lifetime” refers to the expected lifespan of the product and its materials — the period during which it can reasonably be expected to perform as intended under normal use and care.
